    10 potato par boiled 1 potato sweet grilled
    2 teaspoons curry powder madras
    1 medium carrot roughly chopped
    1 onion roughly chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 inch ginger grated
    3-4 fresh or dried herbs
    1 whole  pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
    3 teaspoons oil
    1-2 cups water vegetable or chicken broth
